Daughter of 3 times U.S. Theater Arts Champions, Robert & Jennifer Foster (owners of Champion Ballroom), Caitlin grew up in the Ballroom. Starting with Ballet, Tap, and Jazz in her younger years, she grew a love for dance. In school, she danced in school musicals and participated in her high school's danceline and was eventually was voted 'Best Dancer' by her senior class. In her teens, she started intense training in International Latin Style ( Cha-cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive)Before she graduated from High School she had already won the 'Pro-Am Smooth Scholarship' at Twin Cities Open and as well as the 'International Latin Pro-Am Championship'.
At age 18, she began her professional career. After winning Twin Cities Salsa competitions, she paired up with a professional partner to dance American Rhythm (Cha-Cha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, Mambo) and Smooth (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz).
Certified by DVIDA, she now teaches out of Premier Ballroom in Columbus, Ohio as well as its surrounding areas.
